It’s that time of year again, and boy did it come quickly. You know, that time of year when people start thinking about their summer bodies, ditching their new year’s resolutions, and making vacation plans, all while adjusting to the time change. For many of us the spring sets the tone for the remainder of the calendar year. It’s the time we set ourselves up for success or failure. We here at Launching Legends recognize just how crucial the spring is to your success so we have decided to focus on how you can make the Next 90 days COUNT.
Back in January we challenged you to DARE in the year 2016. If you are not familiar with the #DARE2016 Challenge, check out our blogs on Dreaming, Accelerating, Reaching, and Engaging. For the Next 90 days we challenge you to take your DARE to the next level. Here are some tips on how you can make your Spring 2016 LEGENDary.
Make a Decision. For our March 2016 Fuel Kit (if you haven't subscribed, what are you waiting for?) we interviewed Fitness Coach Doniel Calvin, and he dropped a major gem on the importance of making decisions. He reminded us that decisions are the foundation of change. Simply put, all major change starts with a decision. We make changes when we decide we are tired of not reaching our goals, when we decide we are not happy with our current situation, or when we decide it is time to make things happen. Make a Goal and Commit. If you can’t tell by now we over here at Launching Legends love a concrete, measurable, and realistic goal. Start the Next 90 days by setting a goal, then commit to seeing it through. If you are feeling like a real boss, go ahead and set more than one goal. Create a Habit. A habit is a tendency or practice that has become a part of your routine and is hard to give up. Productive habits are powerful and are very often the foundation of success. Every super successful person I know or have read about credits much of their success to the healthy behaviors that have become an automatic part their day.
